Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics with dual Minors in Spanish and Philosophy from a leading college in South Carolina, U.S.A.  Mr. Ebanks is also STEP qualified. With almost 30 years of experience in the financial industry which has been gained from employment at senior levels with top international firms with significant presence in the Cayman Islands.  He  specializes in the establishment, administration and management of trust and corporate entities for High Net Worth clients and has a wealth of experience to ably provide advice, expertise and guidance to meet our client’s wealth planning needs. This exposure also included working closely with local law firms as well as international lawyers (including a number of US Tax lawyers and accountants for specialized compliant structures). Having worked in senior positions with international fortune 500 companies with a local presence he applies his strong management and administrative skills to achieve the best results for our clients. Mr. Ebanks is also fluent in Spanish.

Our investment team is led by Ms. Angelita Ebanks who is well known and respected in the investment industry in the Cayman Islands. Angelita M. Ebanks has over 45 years of experience in the financial industry, spreading across the banking (9 years) and investment (36 years) sectors. Ms. Ebanks started her banking career in 1972 within various Banks in the Cayman Islands and New York.  She started her investment career in 1981 and qualified as an Investment Advisor in 1986, whilst employed with Richardson Greenshields/ RBC Dominion Securities of Canada.  In 1998 she assumed the Managerial responsibilities of the Cayman Branch managing high net worth clients with an asset base of over CDN$900 million. During her tenure with RBC Dominion Securities, she became one of the company’s top ten producers. She is a member of the professional bodies in Canada and the Cayman Islands. From her various senior positions held, she possesses a wealth of experience in wealth management and other areas in the financial industry. Her last employment was a Senior Investment Advisor / Senior Vice President with Cayman National Securities, for the past 11 years.
